¿Quién es?Who is it?
The question "quién" (who) and the rest of the pronouns: nosotros (we), ellos (they), usted (formal "you"). "usted" takes the third-person verb (usted es). For plural: ¿Quiénes son? New vocabulary: good, new, old, very, a lot. Remember adjectives agree (un libro nuevo, una casa nueva).

quién + the full pronoun set
Explanation
"quién" = who: ¿Quién es? For several people, the plural is "quiénes": ¿Quiénes son? Now we complete the pronouns: yo, tú, él/ella, nosotros (we), vosotros, ellos (they), and "usted" — the formal "you". Important: "usted" takes the THIRD-person verb, just like él/ella: usted es, usted tiene. Use it with older people or in formal situations.
Examples
- ¿Quién es? — Es mi abuelo.Who is it? — It's my grandfather.
- ¿Quiénes son? — Son mis padres.Who are they? — They are my parents.
- ¿Usted es la profesora?Are you the teacher? (formal)
- Nosotros tenemos mucho.We have a lot. (muy + adjective; mucho + noun/alone)
