ada + berapa (having & counting)
Explanation
"ada" means "there is/are" — it states existence: Keluarga saya ada empat orang (My family has four people). "berapa" asks a quantity: Ada berapa orang? (How many people are there?). When counting people, use the measure word "orang" after the number: empat orang, dua orang. The order is: number + orang.
