Bus / subway
Buses cost 1-2 yuan. Subway is also cheap. In big cities the subway is fastest.
Taxi
Taxi starts around 10 yuan. Short trips run 30-50.
Walking
In Chinese big cities, walking works too. For short distances, walking is best.
