The elephant is the biggest animalぞうは いちばん おおきい どうぶつです
しぜんと どうぶつに ついて はなし、さいじょうきゅうを ならいます。ことば: animal, elephant, rabbit, bird, monkey, tiger, mountain, sea, river, tree, nature, strong。だいじな ぶんぽう: さいじょうきゅう — グループの なかで「もっとも 〜」と いう いいかた。みじかい けいようし（1おんせつ）は「-est」を つけて まえに「the」:「the biggest」「the tallest」「the fastest」（「-y」で おわる ときは y→i:「the happiest」）。ながい けいようし（2おんせつ いじょう）は「the most」:「the most dangerous」「the most beautiful」。さいじょうきゅうの まえは かならず「the」。ch26で ひかくきゅう（「taller than」）を ならいました。さいじょうきゅうは ぜんぶの なかで いちばんを えらびます。ちゅうい: かんこくごは すべての さいじょうきゅうに ひとつの ことば（제일／가장）を つかうので、かんこくごの ひとは「the most big」と いいがち — でも みじかい けいようしは「-est」:「the most big」✗ →「the biggest」✓。
