¿A qué hora te levantas?What time do you get up?
Talking about the daily routine. Vocabulary: despertarse, levantarse, ducharse, vestirse, lavarse, los dientes, desayunar, acostarse, temprano, tarde, la rutina. Key point: reflexive verbs carry a pronoun (me, te, se, nos) that refers back to the subject — "me levanto" (I get up), "te duchas" (you shower), "se viste" (he/she gets dressed). The pronoun goes BEFORE the conjugated verb: "Me levanto a las siete" (I get up at seven). English speakers drop the pronoun because English has none ("I get up"): "Levanto a las siete" ✗ → "Me levanto a las siete" ✓. Many routines are reflexive: despertarse, ducharse, vestirse, acostarse; but "desayunar" (to have breakfast) is not.

Reflexive verbs: me, te, se, nos
Explanation
A reflexive verb describes an action the subject does to itself: levantarse (to get up), ducharse (to shower), vestirse (to get dressed). It is formed with a reflexive pronoun that changes with the subject: yo → me, tú → te, él/ella → se, nosotros → nos. The pronoun goes BEFORE the conjugated verb: "Me levanto", "Te duchas", "Se viste", "Nos acostamos". The verb is conjugated normally; you just add the right pronoun. Typical mistake: English speakers drop the pronoun, because "I get up" has none: "Levanto a las siete" ✗ → "Me levanto a las siete" ✓. Note: not all routine verbs are reflexive — "desayunar" and "trabajar" are not: "Desayuno a las ocho" (no pronoun). The verbs "despertarse (e→ie)", "vestirse (e→i)" and "acostarse (o→ue)" also change the stem: me despierto, me visto, me acuesto.
