Un verbo reflexivo describe una acción que el sujeto hace sobre sí mismo: levantarse, ducharse, vestirse. Se forma con un pronombre reflexivo que cambia según el sujeto: yo → me, tú → te, él/ella → se, nosotros → nos. El pronombre va DELANTE del verbo conjugado: "Me levanto", "Te duchas", "Se viste", "Nos acostamos". El verbo se conjuga normal; solo se añade el pronombre correcto. Error típico: los angloparlantes olvidan el pronombre, porque en inglés "I get up" no lo lleva: "Levanto a las siete" ✗ → "Me levanto a las siete" ✓. Ojo: no todos los verbos de la rutina son reflexivos — "desayunar" y "trabajar" no lo son: "Desayuno a las ocho" (sin pronombre). Los verbos "despertarse (e→ie)", "vestirse (e→i)" y "acostarse (o→ue)" también cambian la raíz: me despierto, me visto, me acuesto.
