¿A qué hora te levantas? What time do you get up?

Key point: reflexive verbs carry a pronoun (me, te, se, nos) that refers back to the subject — "me levanto" (I get up), "te duchas" (you shower), "se viste" (he/she gets dressed). The pronoun goes BEFORE the conjugated verb: "Me levanto a las siete" (I get up at seven). English speakers drop the pronoun because English has none ("I get up"): "Levanto a las siete" ✗ → "Me levanto a las siete" ✓. Un verbo reflexivo describe una acción que el sujeto hace sobre sí mismo: levantarse, ducharse, vestirse. Se forma con un pronombre reflexivo que cambia según el sujeto: yo → me, tú → te, él/ella → se, nosotros → nos.
