Explanation
有啲 before an adjective means "a bit": 我有啲攰 "I'm a bit tired". 好 before it means "very": 我好攰 "I'm very tired". 有啲 goes in front of the adjective. The 啲 of chapter 13 goes after it and compares: 有啲貴 is "a bit expensive", 貴啲 is "a bit more expensive".
